The petitioner has filed the Judge's Order for the Gift deed along with draft Judge's Order, affidavit of the petitioner in support of the judges Order, copy of the Grant, Copy of the letters issued by the MHADA, copy of the registered Gift Deed dated 23.11.2022, consent affidavit of the legal heir of the deceased.

The description of the Judge's Order is not similar to the Grant issued by this Court. Possession receipts issued by the MHADA are not tallied with the description of the property mentioned the Grant. Hence, the petitioner to explain this fact.

Furthermore, the petitioner to explain the whether Court Fee is payable or not.
