The Petition is filed by a member of the Respondent No.6 Society, who holds a shop in the Respondent No.6 Society building. The grievance of the Petitioner is essentially that the said building needs to be categorized as a dilapidated building as per the Circular of the Respondent Corporation dated 10th August, 2012 and the said building is required to be repaired. 2.

We record the statement of the learned Counsel for Respondent No.5 Developer and learned Counsel for Respondent No.6 Society, that the said building is in the process of being redeveloped and the IOD has been issued by the Respondent Corporation. We accept the statements.

In view of the above, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, V A Tikam 1/2

28- WP 2619 of 2021.doc on instructions, does not press the Petition and seeks leave to withdraw the same .

Subject to the above, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and to stand disposed of.
