Mr. Kamdar, learned senior counsel at the hearing of this Writ Petition placed on record a copy of circular dated 12th August, 2016 issued by the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai. On instruction Mr. Kamdar, learned senior counsel submits that this further circular withdraws the impugned circular dated 29th October, 2012 (Annexure 'B') to the Writ Petition and, therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Petition.

We accept the statement made by the learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of Respondents, on instruction, and also by placing a copy of circular dated 12th August, 2016 on record.
