After the petition was heard for some time, Mr. Sriram Sridharan sought leave of the court to withdraw the petition with liberty to raise all points including those that during the pre-consultation hearing all details were made available and the show cause notice was not warranted. 2.

Petition dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. All rights and contentions are kept open.

Reply to be filed within four weeks from today. Respondent No.3 - Adjudicating Authority, shall pass a reasoned order within 12 weeks from today and before that personal hearing shall be granted, notice whereof shall be communicated atleast seven working days in advance. If Purti Parab
