Admittedly notice has been served upon respondents almost seven months ago. No reply is filed opposing the application though counsel for respondent no.1 states that some meeting happened to settle the matter and the last of which was in October, 2018. Therefore, even if one accepts what counsel states, still respondents had three months time to file reply opposing the application. No reply has been filed.

Notice made absolute.

Applicants to take further steps in execution application within four weeks, failing which, execution application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

Mr. Dushyant Krishnan states that in matters where vakalatnama of Mr. Joshi has not been filed, the same will be filed within one week from today. Statement accepted.
