It is not in dispute that the issues involved in the present Petitions are common with the issues in the bunch of the Petitions being Writ Petition No. 208 of 2016 along with companion matters decided by Division Bench of this Court on 26/07/2017. The parties agree that the present Petitions could not be decided on the same day since the report of the Structural Engineer was not available. Learned Counsel for the petitioners states that now the report of the Structural Engineer is available and would be submitted to the Corporation during the course of the day.

In that view of the matter, both Petitions are also disposed of in terms of paragraph 7 of the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court dated 26/07/2017 in Writ Petition 208 of 2017 along with other companion matters. Rule is made absolute. No order as to costs.
