P.C. :- The Municipal Corporation has fled an affdavit dated 7th January, 2019 stating that demolition of the unauthorized construction has been carried out with the help of police on 15th March, 2018 and 18th July, 2018. In that view of the matter, no further action is required to be taken in the matter. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
