The files of the Appeals have been misplaced. From the cause list it appears that the Appeal arises out of the order passed in Notice of Motion No.3742 of 2011 in Suit No.3091 of 2011. The learned counsel appearing for the Respondents tenders across the Bar order dated 27th February, 2013 passed in Suit No.3091 of 2011 by which the Suit has been decreed and Notice of Motion No.3742 of 2011 has been disposed of. In view of the disposal of the Suit and Notice of Motion, nothing survives in the Appeal and accordingly the Appeal is disposed of. Pending Notice of Motion does not survive and the same is disposed of.
