It is not in dispute that the Petitioner has preferred an Appeal before the State Government for challenging the Order of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation of rejecting application for regularisation made by him and in the said Appeal, ad-interim relief has been granted. Therefore, this petition need not be entertained.
