The above Chamber Summons is taken out by the Applicant for discharge of the Court Receiver appointed under order of this Court dated 2111-2012 without passing accounts, but on payment of costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver. The dispute between the parties have been settled. In view thereof, the Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and the Court Receiver stands discharged without passing of accounts but on payment of costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver by the Applicant/Petitioner.

The Chamber Summons is disposed of.
