By the above Writ Petition, the Petitioner seeks the following relief : "(a)that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass appropriate writ, order and direction directing the Respondent No.2 to forthwith take action in respect of the complaint made by the Petitioner vide Advocate's letter dated 8 th May, 2018 being Exhibit A on such terms as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper;" 2.

The Corporation has already passed a speaking order on 5 th December, 2019 directing the Office bearers of the Respondent No.3 Society to remove the unauthorized notice work immediately upon receipt of the order and have also warned SSP 1/2

Since the Corporation has commenced action on the complaint and has also passed orders on the complaint of the Petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of as infructous.
