Learned Counsel for the Petitioners points out that, the Petitioner No.2 has passed away on 16 th February 2023. He, therefore, seeks to amend the cause title by deleting the name of the petitioner No.2. Liberty as prayed for is granted. Amendment be carried out forthwith.

He tendered the draft amendment of the legal heirs of the Petitioner No.2. The draft amendment is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

Amendment is permitted to carry out in terms of the draft amendment forthwith.

Learned Counsel for the parties tendered consent terms entered between the parties, which has been signed by the constituted attorney of Petitioner Nos.1 and 3 and the Chairman Samir Vakil on behalf of Respondent No.3. The constituted attorney of Petitioner Nos.1 and 3 is present in the Court. The chairman of Respondent No.3 is also present in the Court. They have identified all the terms and condition. The terms and condition is therefore taken on record and marked 'X-1' for identification.

In view of the consent terms, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. 7.

Re-verification is dispensed with.

Amendment shall be carried out on or before 24 th March, 2023, 5:00 p.m.
