The Miscellaneous Petition is in regard as to whether Mr Prakash Ramchand Gidwani accepts or renounces executorship of the Will dated 4th August 2012 said to have been left by the deceased, Mrs Gomi Sugnomal Khubchandani. She died on 25th July 2016.

Mr Gidwani is personally present in Court as also represented. He is administered oath. His response to the question of the Court is he intends to accept executorship. He will take the necessary steps to file a Petition for probate within a period of four months from today.
