Appeal, in our view, has itself worked out, in view of the several orders which are passed by us in the appeal and the motion filed in the appeal.

In paragraph 6 of the order dated 17th June, 2015 we have observed that details regarding the items mentioned in paragraph 1 1 / 2

NMAL. 1526-15 were given by the Appellants upto 31st March, 2015. The details for the remaining period shall be decided by this Court. In our view, since practically the entire appeal itself has worked out, the question regarding furnishing of the details for the period after 31st March, 2015 can be decided by the learned Single Judge, since motion is pending and ready for final hearing.

Hence, appeal is disposed of in terms of the various orders by us in the appeal and the notice of motion. The impugned order dated 30th April, 2015 has been complied. Liberty is granted to the Respondents to approach the learned Single Judge for seeking further details of the disclosures regarding Item Nos. 1 to 6, as mentioned in paragraph 1 of our order dated 17th June, 2015. Appeal (L) No. 441 of 2015 is accordingly disposed of. In view of disposal of the appeal, Notice of Motion (L) No. 1526 of 2015 filed therein does not survive and is accordingly disposed of.
