The Petitioner has filed this PIL, seeking appropriate writ, order and direction, seeking direction to the Mumbai Municipal Corporation for demolition of unauthorised structures. The learned advocate appearing for the Respondent - Corporation has submitted that the action in accordance with law has been taken against those structures 1 / 2

PIL. 70-15 which are constructed illegally. The compliance report tendered by her is taken on record. In the said report, the details of action taken in respect of each of the structure are mentioned. In view of this, nothing survives in the PIL. Public interest litigation is therefore disposed of.
