Therefore, petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Court Receiver appointed vide order dated 23rd May, 2017 stands discharged without passing of accounts. The undertaking of Mr. Gala that any outstanding charges of the Court Receiver will be paid by petitioner failing which by the Advocates within two weeks of receiving a communication from the Court Receiver is accepted.
