Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states very fairly that pursuant to the Order of this Court dated 24 May 2024, the electricity connection to the Petitioner's fat in Respondent No.2-society has been restored. It is also stated that an agreement has already been executed between the Petitioner and the developer in regard to the permanent alternate accommodation, which has to be provided to the Petitioner after redevelopment. However, what was urged is that a copy of the said agreement although executed, has not been furnished to the Petitioner. Be that as it may, the grievance of the Petitioner as stated in the Writ Petition has been redressed. We direct Respondent No.3 to furnish a copy of the agreement pertaining to the permanent alternate accommodation within a period of four weeks from today, if the agreement has been so executed.
