Counsel for the petitioners states that the signatory is present in Court and identifies her, so also counsel for the respondents states that the signatory for the 4 respondents is present in Court and identifies him.

Court Receiver is discharged without passing of account. Counsel appearing for the petitioners undertakes on behalf of the petitioners that whatever charges are payable to the Court Receiver, shall be paid within two weeks of receiving communication from the Court Receiver and if the petitioners do not pay, the advocate on record will pay the same.
