The learned advocate for the respondents submits that on 17th February 2023, the written say has been filed by the petitioners. The inquiry is concluded and now only the inquiry report is to be received.

Naturally, the order of suspension would be subject to the decision that would be taken on the departmental proceedings. The respondents shall conclude the departmental proceedings within two months from today, failing which, the suspension orders would stand revoked.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
