Mr. Deshpande, counsel for applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh application should the need arise. Mr. Deshpande states that time be extended for them to invoke arbitration because the letter at Exhibit 'L' to the application cannot strictly qualifying as a letter invoking arbitration though applicant felt it was enough.
