Mr. Walve tenders an affidavit of one Sabhiur Rahman affirmed on 27th August 2021 in which, it is stated that the rectification application of petitioner has been considered and rectification has been carried out. In the affidavit, it is also stated that the revised form no.3 print out of which has been annexed to the affidavit will be uploaded. The form to be uploaded within 10 days from today.

In view of the above, Ms Pawar seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Petition accordingly stands disposed.
