This application has been filed to direct respondents to comply with the order dated 1st March 2021 passed by this Court and thereby, reply to the learned Arbitrator and give their consent or objection as the case may be expediently and notify the Advocates of applicant of the same. This is because despite the order passed on 1st March 2021, when respondents were represented and the Arbitrator sending his emails to respondents, respondents chose to remain silent. Due to inaction on the part of respondents, this application had to be taken out and judicial time has been spent. Mr. Jhaveri states that yesterday after they received a copy of the interim application, they have addressed a communication to the learned Arbitrator consenting for the appointment of the learned sole Arbitrator Gauri Gaekwad
