The order dated 23rd April, 2019 accordingly shall stand corrected. The corrections will also be carried out in the uploaded order. Liberty is granted to the Applicant to apply for relief against Respondent No.2 in so far as disclosing the assets of the Respondent No.1 is concerned.

The Applicant / Respondent No.2 shall file Affidavit in Reply to the Chamber Summons (L) No. 365 of 2019 before the next date and serve a copy of the Reply in advance upon the parties. 4.

Permission is granted to the Applicant to file Affidavit of Service in the Registry within one week.

Chamber Summons No.697 of 2019 is accordingly disposed of.

List the Chamber Summons (L) No.365 of 2019 along with Execution Application on 10th July, 2019.
