The present petition is filed by the same Petitioner in Writ Petition No.262 of 2018, who challenged the transfer order therein.

However, in the present petition, the issue under challenge is the departmental proceedings initiated against the Petitioner by the General Manager, MRO, Nagpur, for not joining at the place of his transfer. The departmental proceedings against an employee by an employer can not be interfered by this Court unless it is found that the proceedings initiated are without jurisdiction and are per se mala fide.

In that view of the matter, for the reasons recorded in Writ Petition No.262 of 2018, the present petition also stands rejected.
