Mr. Godbole on behalf of the defendants seeks leave to file affidavit-inreply. 2.

On behalf of the applicant, it is submitted that the amendment carried out to the plaint pursuant to order dated 11 th March 2019 contains an error.

She accordingly seeks leave to carry out further amendment in paragraph 16 of the plaint and consequential amendments in the plaint as per schedule annexed to the chamber summons.

(i) Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Amendment to be carried out within a period of four weeks from today. Amended copy of the plaint to be served on the defendants' Advocate within one week thereafter.
