The subject matter of the present petition is the same as Writ Petition (Stamp) No.2168/2018 and others. This petition is ordered to be heard along with those petitions. By an order dated 8/13 August 2018 passed in Writ Petition (Stamp) No.2168/2018 and others, an interim stay of the order of payment of interest on the respective amounts claimed as due by the Respondent employees, was ordered subject to payment of the principal amount adjudicated by the controlling authority in each individual case. The same order is passed in the present writ petition as a condition of stay.

In view of the order passed today, Notice of Motion No.224/2019 taken out in the writ petition herein, has been practically worked out and is disposed of. The stay ordered on 20 June 2019 shall continue to operate subject to the condition in the order passed today.
