The present Interim Application seeks amendment to Schedule-I of Testamentary Petition No.144 of 2018.

Learned Counsel submits that it was only pursuant to the grant of Probate that the Applicant became aware of certain other properties and securities standing in the name of the deceased. Additionally, it is submitted that the certain properties of the husband of the deceased which had been bequeathed to the deceased, therefore, the same are not included in Schedule-I. It is thus that the present Interim Application has been filed for amendment to Schedule-I.

I have heard learned Counsel and perused a copy of the said Interim Application and find that there is no impediment in granting the same. The said Interim Application is therefore allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads as under:- "That the Applicant/Original Petitioner be permitted to amend as per the Exhibit "B" annexed to Interim Application in Schedule I of the Original Petition."
