Chamber Summons No.548/2014 not on board. Taken on board. This Chamber Summons is taken out by the original Plaintiff for amendment of the plaint. By this amendment, the Plaintiff seeks to add certain averments concerning the subsequent developments after the filing of the present suit and also to add a prayer.

Learned Counsel for Defendant No.1, who is the main contesting Defendant, has no objection to the Chamber Summons being allowed. The Chamber Summons is, accordingly, made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). There shall be no order as to costs. The amendment shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. The amended copy of the plaintiff to be served on the Defendants.

Place the Notice of Motion for hearing on 31 March 2015. The
