Perused the prayers made in Chamber Summons No.215 of 2016. By the Chamber Summons, the applicant wants to incorporate a challenge to the notice under section 354 of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act,1888 as well as a notice under section 354-A of the said Act. The said notice under section 354-A of the said Act of 1888 is the subject matter of challenge in Writ Petition No.1916 of 2016. In view of a separate Judgment and Order passed today in Writ Petition No.1916 of 2016, this

oswp2402 petition also deserves to be disposed of in terms of the said Judgment and Order.

We make it clear that in terms of the said Judgment and Order, even the petitioner in the present petition will have to furnish similar undertaking as provided in the said Judgment and Order within the time specified therein. The Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. All pending Chamber Summonses and Notices of Motion do not survive and the same are disposed of.
