The Suit is listed for framing issues. The Advocate for the Petitioners states that a Chamber Summons is filed for adding certain heirs.

By consent, the Chamber Summons is taken up. The Chamber Summons seeks to amend the Petition to add the names of the persons set out in the Schedule to the Chamber Summons as heirs of the deceased. There can be no objection to this. 3.

The Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Amendments to be carried out on or before 27th 20th June 2016

A copy of the amended Petition to be served on the Caveators who have already filed Caveats. Citations to be issued immediately thereafter on the newly added heirs.
