After the matter was argued for sometime, Mr. R.V. Govilkar, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners, on the basis of instructions from the petitioners and the instructing Counsel, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to take out appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum to question the action of Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM) requiring them to vacate the suit premises, which are alleged to be required for road widening.
