The Plaintiff has filed the Chamber Order. By this, the Plaintiff seeks to delete the name of the original 7th Defendant, Shri Sinha Kakubhai Reshamwala, and to bring on record his heirs Mrs. Charu Sinha Reshamwala (his widow) and Ms. Shweta Sinha Reshamwala (his daughter) as Defendants Nos. 7(a) and 7(b). 10 June 2016

The Chamber Order is allowed.

The learned Advocate for the Defendant states that a minor corrections required to the address of the newly added Defendants. The amendment to be carried out will reflect the correct address of the newly added Defendants. The amendments are to be carried out on or before 24th June 2016, without need of reverification. The other amendments required in paragraph II of the schedule of the Chamber Order are also permitted.
