Through this Notice of Motion, the applicant is seeking restoration of the appeal which suffered dismissal vide order dated 27.4.2017 passed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master on account of non removal of the office objections. For the

hvn 502-nma-1153.2017 reasons stated in the Notice of Motion, we are satisfied that there was sufficient cause for non removal of the office objections within time. Hence, Notice of Motion is allowed subject to applicants' removing the office objections within two weeks from today. Appeal is ordered to be restored to its original number. (M.S. SONAK, J.)
