Heard learned counsel for the applicant (original petitioner). 2.

By this application, the applicant seeks post grant amendment of letters of administration issued on 08.03.2023. The proposed amendment is at exhibit-B. It is submitted that the address of the property at Sr. No.1 in the schedule to the original petition was wrongly stated and therefore, it needs to be corrected. This Court is informed that the proceedings were uncontested and even in this application, an additional consent affidavit is placed on record. 3.

In view of the above, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which read as follows:- "(a) That the Applicant / Petitioner may be permitted to carry out amendment in the Original Petition as per the Schedule marked as 'Exhibit-B' in this Interim Application. (b) That the office of the Prothonotary and Senior Master be directed to accept the Original grant of Letter of Administration for amendment."
