The decretal debt has been paid. The Execution Application and Chamber Summons are disposed of as infructuous. The decree will be got marked fully satisfied within a period of four weeks from today.

It is pointed out that the Judgment Debtor had deposited an amount of Rs. 1 crore on 19th May 2018. This amount has been separately paid to the Decree Holder, and which is confirmed in Court today. In view thereof, the Judgment Debtor is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs. 1 crore with all accrued interest, if any, thereon.
