By consent of learned Counsel for the parties, Rule is made returnable forthwith and the petition is taken up for final hearing. 4.

Main grievance of the petitioner is that he has filed complaint dated 13th April, 2021 with respondent No.1. The same is not decided by them till today.

Ms. Sonal, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in the interest of justice, this Court be pleased to direct respondent No.1 to decide complaint of the petitioner dated 13th April, 2021 as early as possible.

Ms. Nidhi Singh, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.1 submits that she has received instructions from her client that they will decide the said complaint dated 13th April, 2021 as early as possible, but, in any case, within six weeks from today on it's own merits. Statement is accepted. 7.

In view of this fact, Writ Petition can be disposed of with following directions;

: O R D E R :

(a)Respondent No.1 to decide the petitioner'

s complaint dated 13th April, 2021 (Exhibit F, Page No.39) on it'

s own merits, as early as possible, but, in any case, on or before 24th September, 2021 and communicate the decision to the petitioner in writing;

(b)Writ Petition stands disposed of;

(c)No order as to costs;

(d)All contentions of the parties are kept open. 8.
