On the application of the Plaintiff the Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. Refund of Court Fees, if any, in accordance with the Rules.

The ad-interim John Doe order dated 8th June 2016 that has continued till date stands vacated with immediate effect. All blocks of URLs or websites in relation to the film in question are to be removed.

The Plaintiffs, their Advocates, or their consultants will inform all the Defendants, including all Internet Service Providers, the Broadband Operators and the government agency concerned 6th October 2016

904-NMSL-1699-2016.DOC that the ad-interim orders stands vacated, and will request them to remove all blocks or denials of access to all URLs or websites covered by that order. They will do so within one week of this order being uploaded.

It is clarified that in respect of film in question, 'THITHI', there is now no surviving order of this Court ordering a block of any website or URL.
