Ms.Ruturaj V. Bankar i/by Mr.Vikas Kumar for the respondent. --- CORAM : R.D. DHANUKA, J.

DATE : 12th January 2018 P.C.:

.

Mr.Anturkar, leaned senior counsel appearing for the review petitioner invited my attention to the Practice Note No.31 dated 25th August 2011 annexed at Exhibit 'C' page 92 of the review petition and submits that as a matter of record, the petitioner has lodged this petition by e-filing on 11th June 2015.

2.

In support of this plea, learned senior counsel invited my attention to e-Case Filing Acknowledgment annexed at Exhibit 'D' page 93 of the review petition which indicates that e-filing date was 11th June 2105. In paragraph 22 of the impugned judgment and order dated 22nd June 2016, it is thus clarified that though the petitioner had lodged the arbitration petition on 22nd June 2015 by filing hard copy, the petition was lodged by e-filing on 11th June 2015. A similar clarification is also issued in paragraph 27 of the impugned judgment and order dated 22nd June 2016.

ppn 2 20.rpl-21.17.doc 3.

The review petitioner does not seek any other clarification or relief. With this clarification, the review petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

R.D. DHANUKA, J.
