Heard counsel and also considered affidavit-in-support. Mr.Mookhi for applicants/plaintiffs states that within two weeks from today, all office objections will be removed. Therefore, having considered the affidavit-in-support and in view of undertaking given by Mr.Mookhi, Notice of Motion allowed in terms of prayer clauses-(a) and (b).

It is made clear that if office objections are not removed within two weeks from today, the suit will stand dismissed with no chance of it ever getting restored. No application for restoration will also be entertained.

Suit as well as Notice of Motion restored to file. Ad-interim order if any, also stands restored. Notice of Motion to come up in due course after four weeks. Time to file affidavit-in-reply extended by two weeks from today. Rejoinder if any, to be filed within two weeks thereafter.
