1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Ld. Advocate for petitioner has tendered draft of Judges Order alongwith Affidavit of petitioner duly affirmed on 05.07.2023, copy of grant issued on 27.09.2021, copy of Memorandum of Understanding executed on 08.04.2023 alongwith the revised copy of Memorandum of Understanding executed on 26.06.2023 and Consent Affidavit of Shivam Mookhey.

2. Upon perusal of draft of Judges Order, it appears that there are corrections in the said draft. Further more, petitioner to file documents showing of property has transferred in his name with this corrections. Hence, Ld. Advocate for petitioner to file corrected copy of draft.

3. Office to register the Judges Order, if draft of Judges Order found to be complied in all respect including pagination and marking exhibits and having been initialled by the undersigned officer. Remove from board.
