The learned counsel appearing for the Applicant/Original Petitioner No.6 has tendered across the bar a declaration made by widow and married daughter of the Petitioner No.6 He informed that the copy of the said declaration has already been served upon the learned counsel appearing for the contesting Respondent. The said declaration is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.

(16) chs-689.19.odt Chamber Summons, on instructions, submits that he has carefully perused the contents of the Chamber Summons so also the said declaration. He submits that he has no objection if the Chamber Summons is allowed. For the reasons stated in the Chamber Summons so also considering the declaration made by the widow and married daughter of the Petitioner, and the statement made by the learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.1 and 4, the Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) and the same is disposed of accordingly. Necessary amendment to be carried out in terms of Schedule 1 to 3 annexed to the Chamber Summons within two weeks from today.
