Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. By this application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 53 days in filing the review petition. The delay occured in view of the applicant prosecuting an appeal against the impugned order passed by this Court in Arbitration Petition No.1422 of 2015. Delay is sufficiently explained. Delay is accordingly condoned. Notice of motion is made absolute in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
