Learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks amendment of the petition in terms of the schedule appended to the chamber summons. The chamber summons is taken out in view of 1/2
54-chswl202-19.doc the demise of the respondent no.5 and to bring his legal heirs and representatives on record.

Learned counsel appearing for the legal heirs of the respondent no.5 has no objection if the chamber summons is allowed. The statement is accepted. The chamber summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c). The amendment to be carried out within one week from today. The amended copy of the petition shall be served upon the respondents, including the newly added parties within two weeks from the date of carrying out amendment. If any affidavit in reply is proposed to be filed by the newly added parties, the same shall be filed within two weeks from the date of service of the amended copy of the petition with a copy to be served upon the petitioner's advocate simultaneously. Rejoinder, if any, shall be filed within one week from the date of service of the affidavit in reply and a copy thereof shall be served upon the respondents' advocate including the newly added parties through their advocate simultaneously.

Place the petition for hearing and final disposal on 4th July, 2019.
