Learned counsel for the plaintiffs states that she has been given to understand that a Resolution Plan has been approved in respect of the defendant company in both these suits. This was also conveyed to the court by Mr. Padave on 10 th February, 2022. Copy of an order dated 3 rd February, 2022 passed in CP(IB) No.1790/MB/C-II/2017 has been submitted to the court today. However, learned counsel for the plaintiff has no instructions. She submits that email addressed to the clients have been returned undelivered for want of instructions. She is unable to make any further submissions. 3.

In view of the order passed by NCLT and the approval of the Resolution Plan I dispose both the above suits as infructuous. 4.

Refund, if any, as per rules.
