Heard learned counsel for the applicant. By the order dated 29th August 2017 the learned Prothonotary and Senior Master rejected the appeal preferred by the appellant in exercise of powers under Rule 986 of the Bombay High Court (Original) Side Rules. Thereafter, Chamber Order No.134/2018 was taken out for restoration and by the order dated 6th April 2018 the learned Prothonotary and Senior Master held that the Chamber Order was not maintainable.

The appeal has been dismissed for non removal of office objections. Hence, one opportunity needs to be granted to the appellant. Accordingly Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b) subject to the condition that the applicant shall remove all office objections within a period of 4 weeks from today. If compliance is not made, the order of rejection shall stand.
