1. The learned Advocates for the parties undertake to maintain status quo in respect of the suit properties until further orders. It is clarified that this order will not preclude the Defendants to take out a Notice of Motion seeking reliefs under Section 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. The parties shall also be at liberty to move the learned Chief Justice for clubbing of the above Suit with Suit No.2181 of 2010.

2. In view of this order, the learned Advocates for the parties agree that the above Notice of Motion may stand disposed of. The Notice of Motion accordingly stand disposed of.
