It is pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner that the lease has been executed with the Society. The development agreement has been executed. The same has been placed on record by way of an additional affidavit dated 22/09/2022. The affidavit is duly notarised on 22/09/2022.

In this view of the matter, nothing survives for consideration in the petition. The writ petition is disposed of. The order of the competent authority is rendered inconsequential.
