By an order dated 23rd June 2008, this Court was pleased to grant an ad-interim order restraining defendant nos.1, 2 and 3 from alienating, transferring or parting with the possession of the suit property to third party for a period of two weeks. The order kept getting extended and finally on 26th November 2008, the ad-interim relief was extended till the final disposal of the notice of motion.

Ms.Salunkhe, Advocate appearing for defendant nos.2 and 3 states that she has no instructions and they will be applying for discharge in the matter.
