Petitioner has filed this contempt petition for non compliance of order dated 8.11.2011 passed by this Court. It is submitted that Petitioner is being paid salary of part-time teacher and not full time teacher, as per the prescribed pay-scales. 2.
We have perused the order dated 8.11.2011. In paragraph 3 of the said order, this Court had directed Respondent No. 5 to decide the representation dated 16.11.2010 submitted by Respondent Nos. 1 and 2, as expeditiously as possible. We are informed that the said representation has not been decided so far. We are of the view that 1 / 2
CONPW. 52-13 grievance of the Petitioner for non-payment of salary as a full-time teacher will have to be considered after the representation is decided. We are of the view that this contempt petition is not maintainable. Respondent No. 5, who is the original Petitioner, to explain as to why representation dated 16.11.2010 has not been decided. Keeping the issue of non compliance of the said order open, contempt petition is disposed of.
