1] Heard the learned senior counsel for the applicant. The 1st respondent is the only contesting respondent as the impugned order has been passed only for the benefit of the 1st respondent. The prayer for condonation of delay is opposed by the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent. However, considering the averments made in the affidavitin-support, sufficient cause is made out. The Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
